Airbus delivers the first A220-300 today

Latvian low-cost carrier, AirBaltic, has received its 10th Airbus A220-300 today. This is the first delivery after Airbus took over the Bombardier CSeries Programme.

On May 28, 2018, AirBaltic announced a firm purchase agreement for 30 Airbus A220-300 aircraft with options of 30 aircraft, and expected to take delivery of the first 14 by the end of 2018.

AirBaltic fleet consists of 33 aircraft – 10 Airbus A220-300s, 11 Boeing 737s and 12 Bombardier Q400Next Gen aircraft.
